  • Are avocados a superfood? Does it really have an edge over other foods? And what about millets? We know the ancient Romans ate millets and whole grains before going into battle. And now, we hear that India wants to become a hub for producing millets.
But why? Do superfoods actually exist or have we fallen prey to marketing and false news?
This and more in the latest episode of The FITTR Podcast.

I 100% agree with JC. I'm not too fond of avocado as well. I thought I was weird. Makes me throw up when I think of it!

    Hey jc sir
I am 23 year old and 72 kg weight,I feel very low and tired all the time after some months of lefting gym,it's been 1.5 year ,I was use to be so skinny 6 feet 52 kg,after doing gym for 2 months I fall down sick with upper respiratory infection and I still have allergic reaction to food,so all this tired, sleepy and exhausted feeling comes due to extra fat I put on from 52 kg guy to 72 ? And absence of exercise

    American Food Industry
Peddles out a new Superfood every year.
It's Quinoa One year, Matcha tea the next.
It's Turmeric the following year and Elderberry the next year.
People r sick to the core, there is Obesity, Chronic health disorders and medical attention is expensive and Unaffordable.
So people buy into The Superfood trend.
